HOW CAN I ORDER SOCOSANI WATER DELIVERY?

You can order directly on our website by navigating to Shop and selecting your preferred variant (sparkling or still), bottle/s size and quantity. Simply add to cart and follow our easy check out process.

HOW DO I GET SOCOSANI WATER AUTOMATICALLY ON A MONTHLY BASIS?

You can become a member of our CLUB and sign up for convenient weekly, bi-weekly or monthly delivery service. Simply select the plan you would like to receive and place it in your shopping cart. Service will begin a few days after placing the order.

HOW DO I MODIFY MY ORDER/SERVICE ONCE IT’S BEEN PLACED?

If you have signed up for “JOIN THE CLUB” while placing your order, you will be able to update your delivery address information within your account. Upon updating, your next order will automatically ship to your new address. To modify other components of your recurring or subscription order, such as quantities, delivery dates, etc., Please send an email to [email protected]

WHY DON’T YOU DELIVER IN MY AREA?

We are working hard to deliver everywhere in the United States. For the time being our distribution covers Georgia, South & North Carolina and Florida

CAN I CONSOLIDATE MY ORDERS WITH MY FRIENDS/NEIGHBORS?

We are in the process of making that happen and reduce the delivery fee and carbon footprint, but this option isn’t available yet. Please, visit our website soon to check our progress.

CAN I GET DELIVERY OF SOCOSANI WATER AT MY OFFICE OR BUSINESS LOCATION?

Yes. We provide delivery service to homes, offices and business locations within selected States.

CAN I GET DELIVERY OF SOCOSANI WATER IN CANADA?

Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to offer SOCOSANI delivery in Canada.

CAN I SHIP MY ORDER TO MULTIPLE LOCATIONS/ADDRESSES?

At the moment, we are unable to provide shipping to multiple destinations within the same order. Please place separate orders if you wish to have multiple cases of SOCOSANI delivered to two or more addresses.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. To track your package, simply open the email and follow the link.

IS EXPEDITED SERVICE AVAILABLE?

Expedited delivery is offered at an additional surcharge.

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

The vast majority of orders are shipped ground and should arrive within the next few days. In certain markets or under special circumstance (e.g. large quantity orders), your delivery may arrive via a special delivery service.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Often, your order will be shipped on the same day it was placed. If your order was placed after 6pm EST or over the weekend it will typically ship on the following business day.

CAN I RECEIVE A REFUND IF MY ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED OR IS MISSING?

We rarely encounter material damage or missed deliveries with our carrier. If you, however, feel that your product has arrived seriously damaged and is unfit for consumption, please contact us immediately at [email protected]

We will work with you as best as possible to confirm the issue and send a replacement product if appropriate. For deliveries deemed missing, please allow up to 10 business days since placing your order before contacting us to ensure that the carrier has had sufficient amount of time to deliver your shipment.

WHAT IF I RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT?

If you received the wrong item, please contact our customer service at [email protected]. We will gladly replace your shipment with the appropriate item free of charge.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

At this time Source To Bottle does not accept returns of SOCOSANI Water.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER/SERVICE ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

If you wish to cancel your one-time or recurring order, please send an email to [email protected] as soon as possible. For recurring monthly orders, your cancellation will become effective with the next scheduled shipment. Please note that we are unable to cancel your one-time order once the product has shipped. Discounted and prepaid subscription orders cannot be cancelled or refunded. However, you can have all your product delivered at once.
